This chapter applies to all applicants for, and recipients of, grant funding made pursuant to section 3040 (3p) of 1989 Wis. Act 31. Compliance with the applicable requirements of this chapter is a prerequisite to receiving financial assistance under section 3040 (3p) of 1989 Wis. Act 31.
