Section NR 107.03 - Definitions(1) "Applicator" means the person physically applying the chemicals to the treatment site.(2) "Chemical fact sheet" means a summary of information on a specific chemical written by the department including general aquatic community and human safety considerations applicable to Wisconsin sites.(3) "Department" means the department of natural resources.Wis.
