Section NR 494.05 - Penalties

Any person who violates any provision of ch. 285, Stats., or s. 299.15, Stats., chs. NR 400 to 499 or a permit or special order issued by the department under ch. 285, Stats., or s. 299.15, Stats., is subject to the penalties provided under s. 285.87, Stats.
