Section NR 485.03 - General limitations

No person may cause, allow or permit emissions of particulate matter, sulfur oxides, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, or odors from a motor vehicle, internal combustion engine, or mobile source which substantially contribute to the exceeding of an air standard or create air pollution.
