Section NR 440.09 - Enforcement; penalties(1) If the department has reason to believe that a violation of this chapter has occurred, it may proceed under s. 285.83, Stats.(2) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is subject to the penalties provided under s. 285.87, Stats.
