Section NR 408.01 - Applicability; purpose(1) APPLICABILITY. This chapter applies to all new direct major sources and all major modifications to direct major sources located in areas designated as ozone transport regions or nonattainment areas by the U.S. environmental protection agency or by the department.(2) PURPOSE.
