Section DE 10.05 - Standards of conduct

Unprofessional conduct by a mobile dentistry program registrant includes any of the following:

(1) Violating any provision under s. DE 10.03, 10.04, or 10.045.

(2) Engaging in unprofessional conduct under s. DE 5.02.
