Section 97-1-8 - Fair Hearings8.1. Recipients of the bureau's services are entitled to a Fair Hearing to challenge or dispute certain actions taken by the bureau. Rules relating to the right to a Fair Hearing and the procedure to be followed are found in the Common Chapters Manual of the Department of Health and Human Resources.
