Section 91-24-3 - Definitions

The following definitions apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this legislative rule

3.1. Commissioner. - The executive officer of the Division of Motor Vehicles as appointed by the Governor.

3.2. Division. - The Division of Motor Vehicles.
