Section 90-10-3 - Applicability

3.1. These procedures apply to all Agency Sections.

3.2. All purchases must be approved by the Commissioner or designee.

3.3. All automated systems prescribed by the Purchasing Office as statewide systems are mandatory for Agency Sections.
