Section 85-22-4 - Evidentiary Requirements4.1. The evidentiary weight to be given to a report will be influenced by how well it demonstrates that the evaluation and examination that it memorializes were conducted in accordance with the rule, the attached dictation aid (Appendix F), guideline (Appendix A) and four additional appendices. The examiner must address and memorialize each bold" face section found in the attached guideline. Appendix B lists conditions likely and unlikely to be related to trauma or work, appendix C provides a guideline and schedule for assigning impairment ratings, Appendix D provides a list illustrating when psychiatric impairment is probable and appendix E provides a list to aid in the identification of malingerers.
