Section 85-17-2 - Purpose2.1 The purpose of this rule is to implement the provisions of W. Va. Code § 23-3-5 and to establish a program to require acceptance of disbursements by electronic transfer from the State-Administered Workers' Compensation Funds to vendors and claimants.
