1.1. Scope. This exempt legislative rule to relats to the Employers' Excess Liability Fund to provide definitions and prescribe procedures and criteria for subscriptions, payroll reporting, premium payment, termination of subscriptions, reinstatement, reclassification of groups, classes or subscribers, changes in premiums based upon claims and awards, petitions for settlement including the contents and approval thereof.1.2.
