Section 84-02-1 - General1.01.Scope - These regulations, establish general rules for the creation of an Emergency Employment Supplemental Matching Program.1.02.Authority - These regulations are issued under authority of West Virginia Code, Chapter 21A, Article 2A, Section 5 as amended by Senate Bill 16 enacted June 2, 1983.1.03.Filing Date - These regulations are promulgated on the 2nd day of September, 1983, and filed on 2nd day of September, 1983, in the Secretary of State's Office.1.04.Effective Date - These regulations become effective from filing on the 2nd day of September, 1983.
