Section 81-18-24 - Information Technology Equipment, Services, and Software

24.1. W. Va. Code § 5A-6-1et seq., provides that the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) may evaluate and make recommendations on the design and suitability of Information Technology (IT) equipment and related services, and may review and make recommendations on the purchase, lease, or acquisition of information equipment, and contracts for related services, including temporary IT staffing by all state spending units.
