Section 81-15-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This interpretive rule explains the procedures for bail bond enforcer registration, the requirements for becoming a bail bond enforcer and the responsibilities of the parties involved.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''51-10A-2 and 15-2-25.

1.3. Filing Date. -- August 17, 2000.

1.4. Effective Date. -- September 18, 2000.
