Section 78-26-8 - Confidentiality8.1. The secretary will ensure the confidentiality of all drug screen and drug test results administered as part of this program. 8.2. Drug screen and test results will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility for the TANF program.8.3. At no time may drug screen or test results be released to any public or private person or entity or any law-enforcement agency, except as otherwise authorized by this rule.
