Section 78-20-18 - Administrative and Judicial Review
18.1. In accordance with W. Va. Code § 49-2-101et seq., an informal or relative family child care home may seek an administrative review of a decision made by the secretary by requesting a hearing within 30 days of receiving the notice of the decision.
18.2. An informal or relative family child care home may also seek immediate relief from the decision of the secretary by a showing of good cause made by verified petition to the Circuit Court of Kanawha County or the circuit court of the county where the home is located.
