Section 68-1-6 - Decisions6.1. All official decisions of the Commission shall require the affirmative vote of a majority of the members present and voting at a meeting at which a quorum is present, unless bylaws adopted by the Commission require a larger number o votes. Each Commission member shall be entitled to one vote on each question before the Commission.
