Section 65-28-15 - Pilot Demonstration Projects

15.1. The Network may develop, implement, and operate one or more pilot demonstration projects in designated communities of the state to acclimatize participating organizations to the health information exchange environment, and to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of its health information exchange system. The Network shall coordinate its pilot demonstration projects with diverse components of the health care delivery system in the communities chosen. The pilot demonstration projects shall be developed, implemented, and operated in full compliance with this rule.
