Section 65-24-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes an exemption from certificate of need review for birthing centers in areas that are underserved with respect to low-risk obstetrical services.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''16-2D-4(a)(6) and 8.

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 24, 1993.
