Section 65-21-5 - Additional Information or Amendments to Application5.1. After the review of an application has begun, the board may require the applicant to submit additional information. If no hearing is requested upon the application, and the applicant fails to submit the information within the time directed, or if the applicant submits a substantial amendment to its application, the board may: 5.1.1. Extend the review cycle pursuant to the provisions of 65 CSR 7, section 13;5.1.2. Enter an order closing the file ten (10) days from the entry of such order; or5.1.3. Withdraw the application from review.5.2. The board may examine the extent of the additional information provided or any amendment made by the applicant regarding the application currently under consideration by the board and its impact, and determine that the application is a new proposal subject to a new review cycle. The board shall notify the applicant of any such determination, in writing, and further advise the applicant of the dates in the new review cycle. A notice shall also be published by the board pursuant to 65 CSR 7, subsection 11.6.
