Section 65-19-6 - Health care facility financial disclosure act

Before any application for a rate increase will be accepted for review, the hospital must be in compliance with the Health Care Facility Financial Disclosure Act, W. Va. Code, § 16-5F-1et seq. If the hospital is not in compliance with all financial disclosure requirements the Authority shall refuse to accept the application or request and to reject it.
