Section 65-4-7 - Phase 2

These rules cover only Phase 1 of the Authority's program under Section 23 (a) of the Act. Phase 2 of the program will consist of the implementation of the provisions of Section 23 (b) and (c) of the Act. Phase 2 will be developed following the collection of this initial data and following the required hearings.
