Section 64-113-7 - Confidentiality

7.1. Information obtained by the bureau regarding an applicant under these rules is confidential and not subject to public disclosure, including disclosure under the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act (W. Va. Code § 29A-1-1et seq.), including the following:

7.1.a. Individual identifying information of applicant.

7.1.b. Information regarding the applicant's medical condition, including the physician's written statements.
