Section 64-112-3 - Dispensaries generally3.1. The qualifications that a dispensary must meet to receive a permit are continuing qualifications to maintain the permit.3.2. In addition to any other requirements in the Act or this rule, a dispensary must comply with the following: 3.2.a. A dispensary may not engage in the business of possessing, dispensing, selling, or offering to dispense or sell medical cannabis to a patient or caregiver in this state without first being issued a permit by the bureau and without first being determined operational by the bureau as required under 64CSR109.15.3.2.b. A dispensary may not employ an individual at its facility who is under 18 years of age.3.2.c. A dispensary may not permit a patient to self-administer medical cannabis at the facility unless the patient is also an employee of the dispensary, and the dispensary permits self-administration of medical cannabis at the facility by the employees.W.
