Section 61-21-4 - Exemptions4.1. The categories of information set forth in W. Va. Code '29B-1-4 are hereby adopted as exempt from disclosure.4.2. Any information relating to ot in pending litigation at any stage is hereby adopted as exempt from disclosure.4.3. Any information required to be kept confidential under the provisions of W. Va. Code '19 are hereby adopted as exempt from disclosure.
