Section 61-14-10 - Vegetable Plants10.1. All vegetable plants shipped into the State of West Virginia must be certified to have been grown under an official certification program of the State of origin, or to have been inspected and certified to be apparently free of injurious insects, nematodes, and plant diseases on the basis of an inspection no more than three (3) days prior to their removal from the soil.W.
