Section 61-12E-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This procedural rule establishes a registry of West Virginia residents with a documented health sensitivity to pesticide sprays that may drift to their property during application.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '19-16A-6(k­).

1.3. Filing Date. -- December 20, 1990.

1.4. Effective Date. -- January 21, 1991.
