Section 61-11B-8 - Examination of Applicants8.1. The written examination shall test the applicant's knowledge of the West Virginia Auctioneer Law, W. Va. Code § 19-2C-1et seq., rules promulgated under the law and other fundamentals of the auctioneering profession.8.2.
