Section 61-8E-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These legislative regulations establish standards for controlled atmosphere storage conditions and sets forth procedures for keeping CA records.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 19-5A-3, 7, 8, and 9.
