Section 61-5-15 - Laboratory Services15.1. The commissioner shall make available laboratory facilities for the analysis of feed, hay, grass or silage samples for interested persons on a non-official basis.15.2. Charges for non-official tests are set forth by the commissioner.15.3. The commissioner shall not charge a person for an official sample taken by the commissioner in the course of carrying out the powers and duties under W. Va. Code § 19-14-3 of this rule.
