Section 61-4-17 - Milking - Surcingles, Milk Stools, and Anti-kickers17.1. Surcingles, milk stools, and anti-kickers shall be kept clean and shall be stored above the floor in a clean place in the milking barn, stable, parlor, or milkhouse when not in use.
