Section 6-4-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule relates to the complaint and hearing procedures for all licensees and registrants.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va Code ''30-6-3(i), 30-1-8(h), 30-6-8 and 30-6-14.

1.3. Filing Date. -- November 29, 2000.

1.4. Effective Date. -- January 1, 2001.
