Section 6-2-1 - General

LI Scope. - This rule relates to the minimum requirements of crematories and crematory operators.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 30-6-1 et. seq.

1.3. Filing Date. -- March 31, 2023

1.4. Effective Date. - April 1, 2023

1.5. Sunset Provision. - This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon the expiration from August 1, 2031.
