Section 58-53-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of this rule is to establish standards that must be complied with when trapping wildlife or furbearing animals within the boundaries of this State.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 20-1-7(30).

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 6, 2013.

1.4. Effective Date. -- June 6, 2013.
