Section 58-11F-1 - General

1.1. Scope and purpose. -- The purpose of this rule is to establish rules to manage the wild turkey within the boundaries of this state.

1.2 Authority. --West Virginia Code § 20-1-7(30).

1.3 Filing Date. --

1.4 Effective Date. --

1.5 Repeal of Formal Rule. -- These rule repeal and replace 58 C.S.R. 11F "Wild Turkey Rule" that were filed on June 24, 1993.
