Section 58-11D-1 - General1.1. Scope and purpose. -- The purpose of this rule is to establish general hunting regulation that will provide for the safety of the hunter and the proper management of wildlife within the bounderies of this state.1.2Authority. --West Virginia Code § 20-1-7(30).1.5Repeal of Formal Rule. -- These rule repeal and replace 58 C.S.R. 11D "General Hunting Rule" that were filed on June 24, 1993.W.
