Section 45-39-52 - Responsibilities of CAIR Authorized Account Representative
52.1. Following the establishment of a CAIR NOX Annual Allowance Tracking System account, all submissions to the Administrator pertaining to the account, including, but not limited to, submissions concerning the deduction or transfer of CAIR NOX Annual allowances in the account, will be made only by the CAIR authorized account representative for the account.
