Section 45-39-41 - Timing Requirements for CAIR NO[X] Annual Allowance Allocations
41.1. By October 31, 2006, the Secretary will submit to the Administrator the CAIR NOX Annual allowance allocations, in a format prescribed by the Administrator and in accordance with subsections 42.1 and 42.2, for the control periods in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
41.2. By October 31, 2009 and October 31 of each year thereafter, the Secretary will submit to the Administrator the CAIR NOX Annual allowance allocations, in a format prescribed by the Administrator and in accordance with subsections 42.1 and 42.2, for the control period in the sixth year after the year of the applicable deadline for submission under this section.
41.3. By October 31, 2009 and October 31 of each year thereafter, the Secretary will submit to the Administrator the CAIR NOX Annual allowance allocations, in a format prescribed by the Administrator and in accordance with subsections 42.1, 42.3 and 42.4, for the control period in the year of the applicable deadline for submission under this section.
