Section 45-32-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- The Director hereby promulgates this legislative rule defining "serious violation" and "minor violation" for the violation of any provision of the Act, or for violation of any rules issued pursuant to the Act, or for the violation of any order, agreement, or permit, or any part thereof, issued under the Act.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '22-5-1 et seq.1.3. Filing Date. -- July 7, 1993.1.4. Effective Date. -- July 7, 1993.
