Section 45-13-3 - Reporting Requirements for Stationary Sources3.1. The owner or operator of a stationary source may be required by the Secretary to collect, report and maintain data on the operation of such stationary source. The Secretary may request reports of such data in a reasonable manner and detail as the Secretary may specify. If requested, such reports shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the end of the established reporting period. However, reports on such data shall not exceed one (1) per month.
