Section 45-4-1 - General
1.1 Scope. -- Series 4 is designed to prevent and control the discharge of pollutants into the open air which causes or contributes to an objectionable odor or odors.
1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '22-5-1 et seq.
1.3. Filing Date. -- August 28, 1967.
1.4. Effective Date. -- October 1, 1967.
