Section 42-20-7 - Submission of Proposed Finding of Fact and Conclusion of Law; Time for Submission7.1. Any party may submit to the Commissioner or hearing examiner, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law within ten (10) days of the conclusion of a hearing, or a date agreed upon by all parties, or in the event that the proceedings of a hearing are transcribed, within ten (10) days from the date final transcript is available.
