Section 42-18-2 - Application and Enforcement2.1. Application. -- This procedural rule applies to the Board, to the Board's licensees, to any person desiring to attend a Board meeting or to address the Board, and to any person adversely affected by a decision of the Board.2.2. Enforcement. -- The enforcement of this rule is vested in the Board and the Division of Labor as authorized by the Board.
