Section 42-17-20 - Reports and Records20.1. The owner of the amusement ride or attraction shall retain all reports, documents, photographs and records required by sections 17 or 19 of this rule for not less than 7 years from the date of the unscheduled cessation or serious injury or fatality.20.2. If an owner or operator violates any provision of this section of the rule, the Commissioner may permanently revoke the permit to operate.W. Va. Code R. § 42-17-20
