Section 42-17-2 - Application and Enforcement2.1. Application. This rule applies to all persons, amusement rides and amusement attractions governed or otherwise within the purview of the Amusement Rides and Amusement Attractions Safety Act.2.2. Enforcement. The enforcement of this rule is vested with the West Virginia Division of Labor.
