1.1. Scope. -- All rules and regulations of a general nature herein promulgated are to prevent waste, protect correlative rights and to conserve oil and gas in the State of West Virginia and are applicable to all activities subject to the jurisdiction of the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission and fields developed subsequent to their adoption, except as may be amended, modified, altered or enlarged generally or in specific pools or fields by orders hereafter issued by the Commission. Where special field rules apply, the special field rules shall govern to the extent of any conflict.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 22C-9-4.1.3. Filing Date. -- June 29, 2020.1.4.
