Section 36-53-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule governs the use of hoisting machinery, communication, safety devices, hoisting engineers and drum runners in underground coal mines.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 22-6-4.

1.3. Filing Date. -- October 4, 2013.

1.4. Effective Date -- January 5, 2014.
