Section 33-11-1 - General1.1. Scope and Purpose -- This legislative rule establishes procedures for covered electronic device manufacturers to register their brands with the state and sets out guidelines for municipalities and counties to apply for and receive grants for the purpose of conducting electronic collection events and programs. The funding available for grants is established by the registration fee imposed on all covered electronic device manufacturers that conduct business in West Virginia.1.2.
